Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Inspect products for damage and verify order completeness before shipping
- Operate packaging equipment and maintain organized workstation
- Update inventory systems and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
- Reliable transportation to our SW Portland facility
- Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
