Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare shipments with appropriate materials and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and participate in cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Background check and drug screen required
