Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment following company protocols
- Inspect items for quality and verify order completeness before packaging
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, scales, label printers) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and recording package data
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
