Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) efficiently and safely
- Verify order contents against packing slips and shipping labels
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Participate in inventory audits and stock rotation processes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our NE Albuquerque facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
