Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and seal orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Verify product accuracy against packing slips and maintain inventory counts
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S standards
- Report discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential
- Proficient with RF scanning technology or willingness to learn
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
