Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Verify product quantities and condition against packing lists
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers, box cutters, and shrink-wrap machines
- Maintain organized inventory storage and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and equipment malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid state ID or driver's license
