Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label customer orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, label printers, scales) efficiently
- Verify order contents against pick lists for 100% accuracy
- Maintain organized, clean workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisor
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory verification
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check
