Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging for shipment
- Update inventory systems in real-time using barcode scanners and software
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
