Responsibilities
- Pack and ship customer orders with precision using our streamlined digital inventory system
- Perform quality control checks on products before packaging
- Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records via our remote-access warehouse management portal
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Report discrepancies and suggest process improvements
- Balance on-site packing tasks with remote data entry and order verification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic digital tools (inventory software, email)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Greensboro facility (2-3 days/week on-site)
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
