Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and seal orders according to specifications
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and inventory systems
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, labelers, scales)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and inventory areas
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
