Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and packing lists
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail with zero-error mentality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if needed
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
