Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders with precision and speed
- Verify order accuracy using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink-wrap machines and conveyors
- Maintain clean, organized workstation and inventory areas
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or quality issues to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanner experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Team player with reliable attendance record
