Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company standards
- Verify order details against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy
- Operate packaging equipment including sealers, labelers, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect products for damage before packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Ability to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
