Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders using provided automated packing systems
- Operate industrial shrink-wrap machines and labeling equipment
- Verify order accuracy through barcode scanning technology
- Maintain inventory counts using provided handheld scanners
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards with provided safety gear
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided lifting equipment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Wayne facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
