Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications while maintaining quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., box sealers, label machines) safely and efficiently
- Verify order contents against packing slips and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with shipping team to prioritize time-sensitive deliveries
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock rotation activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
