Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers and box sealers
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to ensure efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with shipping team to coordinate timely order dispatches
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company inventory procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
