Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and seal products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Verify inventory accuracy and report discrepancies to warehouse supervisors
- Operate packing machinery and equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Label packages correctly and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Commitment to workplace safety standards
- Flexible availability including occasional overtime
