Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging and shipping
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move materials efficiently
- Maintain organized staging areas and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily throughput targets
- Complete digital documentation and inventory reports in our WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company SOPs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in digital tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid Texas driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
