Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packaging equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, box sealers) efficiently
- Verify order details and conduct quality checks before dispatch
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Use inventory management systems to track packed orders
- Report equipment malfunctions and supply shortages promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
