Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders with precision using company protocols and equipment
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Operate packing machinery (conveyors, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and workplace cleanliness
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Document packing activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
