Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare customer orders using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, tape dispensers)
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists and shipping manifests
- Operate automated packing machinery and labeling systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Wayne facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
