Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using company-provided equipment
- Operate packing machinery and tools including automated tape dispensers, box sealers, and conveyors
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage
- Maintain organized workstations and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
