Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and seal shipments according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) including scanners and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic documentation
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized workspace
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Seattle facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
