Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment using provided equipment (box sealers, scanners, conveyors)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently following protocols
- Maintain organized inventory records and packing station supplies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns promptly
- Adhere to company safety standards and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided supportive equipment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Willingness to undergo paid equipment operation training
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Colorado Springs facility
