Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using provided equipment (box sealers, labelers, etc.)
- Operate inventory scanners and packing machines per company protocols
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain organized packing stations with provided tools and supplies
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (equipment provided for comfort)
- Basic literacy and numerical skills for order verification
- Willingness to operate provided packing machinery after training
- Attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided ergonomic equipment
- Reliable transportation to Chula Vista facility
