Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using company-provided equipment (including automated packing machines, scanners, and pallet jacks)
- Verify order accuracy and completeness against packing slips
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
