Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment using provided equipment (taping guns, box cutters, scales)
- Inspect items for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently per training
- Maintain clean and organized packing station throughout shift
- Track inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided support equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred (not required)
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting aids
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
