Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications using provided equipment
- Operate industrial scanners and packing machinery with proper training
- Conduct quality checks on packed items to prevent damage or errors
- Maintain organized workspace and inventory levels
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely order dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling equipment and materials
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check
