Responsibilities
- Pack orders with precision using provided industrial scanners and packing equipment
- Operate automated conveyor systems and barcode scanners efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation and cycle counting
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with touchscreen interfaces
- Strong attention to detail with error-free packing accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Way facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
