Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal products according to specifications using provided equipment
- Scan and verify inventory with barcode scanners to maintain stock accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect packaging materials for quality and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA guidelines
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper equipment assistance
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing processes
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
