- Operate provided packing equipment (conveyors, scanners, label machines) to process orders accurately
- Inspect products for quality and pack securely using provided materials
- Scan and label packages according to company specifications
- Maintain clean, organized workstation with provided tools
- Collaborate with team to meet daily packing targets
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling provided equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (equipment provided for support)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning operations
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to operate provided machinery after training
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City facility
