Responsibilities
- Assemble and pack customer orders using company-provided equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, etc.)
- Verify order accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain organized inventory in assigned warehouse zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Safely operate and maintain assigned packing machinery
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team immediately
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Reliable transportation to our Cincinnati facility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
