Responsibilities
- Assemble and pack customer orders using provided industrial equipment (conveyors, scanners, pallet jacks)
- Verify order accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Maintain clean, organized packing stations and equipment according to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize packing workflows and meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor immediately
- Participate in inventory audits and quality control inspections
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided equipment after paid training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Physical stamina to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
