Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders using provided equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers, etc.)
- Verify inventory counts against pick tickets and shipping manifests
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following OSHA guidelines
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after comprehensive training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills for order verification
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with provided supportive footwear
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after training
- Attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Memphis facility
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide all training!
