Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products using company-provided equipment
- Inspect items for quality and completeness before shipping
- Operate packing machinery (conveyors, sealers, scales) with training
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with standing/walking
