Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label merchandise accurately according to order specifications and safety guidelines.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet quality control standards before shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
