Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using scanning technology
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation according to protocols
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
