Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise according to customer orders and shipping guidelines.
- Verify product quantities and quality to ensure zero shipping errors.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks and handheld scanners.
- Inspect packaging materials to ensure they are in good condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput targets efficiently.
- Assist with loading outbound trucks and maintaining inventory organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
