Responsibilities
- Pack and seal products according to specifications using proper materials
- Scan and verify order details for accuracy before shipment
- Operate packaging equipment (e.g., shrink wrappers, box sealers)
- Maintain organized inventory and clean workstations
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
