Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Scan and verify products against packing lists using barcode scanners
- Prepare shipping labels and packages for carrier pickup
- Maintain organized staging areas for efficient workflow
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Operate packing equipment (tape dispensers, box cutters) safely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
