Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and label products according to order specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including shrink wrappers, box sealers, and conveyors
- Conduct quality checks to ensure items are damage-free and correctly assembled
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
