Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging quality standards are met.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Greensboro facility.
