Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and label orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, scanners)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock rotation systems
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Collaborate with shipping team for timely dispatch
- Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures
- Track inventory using warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and scanning experience
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for equipment operation)
