- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Maintain organized inventory records
- Meet daily productivity targets in a fast-paced setting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (scanners, inventory systems)
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to 4th Ave location
- Flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screen
