Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized workstation to maximize efficiency
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow coordination
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 1+ years warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills
