Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship orders according to company specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (tape guns, labelers, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify order details, product counts, and documentation for accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (for potential forklift certification)
