Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and ship customer orders according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment including box sealers and label printers
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Use warehouse management systems for order tracking
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to industrial site
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
