Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory records and stock levels
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers) efficiently
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid Texas Driver's License (for forklift operation training)
