Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all products are correctly packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with correct shipping addresses and tracking information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for quality control and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely when required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Capability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
