Responsibilities
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage during shipping.
- Verify order accuracy against picking slips and invoices before packing.
- Label packages according to shipping guidelines and destination codes.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
